Calling all Tri-State artists, makers, and creatives!

We’re opening our showroom floor for Dubuque’s First Fridays to celebrate local talent across mediums—fine art, pottery, handcrafted goods, textiles, jewelry, and acoustic musicians. Whether you are an established maker or sharing your work for the first time, we would love to connect.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a feature for a specific First Friday. Submissions are reviewed based on space availability, showroom flow, and alignment with our community programming.

Pop-Up Guidelines:

• Commission & Sales (Through March 2027):

  • We are currently taking 0% commission on all artwork and handcrafted goods sold during First Fridays through March 2027. Artists keep 100% of their sales.

  • Note: Commission policies may be reassessed for future programming beginning April 2027.

• Point of Sale:

  • Artists manage their own direct sales (via Square, Venmo, cash, or your own preferred POS system).

• Setup & Presence:

  • Installation & Drop-off: Thursday prior to First Friday between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This ensures all displays are staged smoothly before doors open.

  • Event Presence: First Fridays run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Artists (or an appointed representative) must be present for the full duration of the event to meet visitors and process their own transactions.

  • Strike & Pickup: Breakdown occurs during our Saturday morning showroom hours between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. All items, easels, and packing materials must be completely cleared by 1:00 PM Saturday.

• Display & Space:

  • Our venue is an active interior design showroom. Multi-media works, prints, ceramics, jewelry, and 3D goods are welcome, but large-scale floor installations cannot be accommodated.

  • All 2D wall work must be ready to display with attached hanging hardware or presented on clean personal easels/print bins.

  • 3D pieces must be freestanding, stable, and safe around event traffic.

• Originality & Craft:

  • All work must be original, handcrafted, and created by the artist. No AI-generated artwork, imported mass resale, or kit-assembly goods will be accepted.

• Transportation & Logistics:

  • All displays, fixtures, and merchandise must be transported to and from the studio by the artist. We cannot accept shipped inventory or advance drop-offs.

• Future Retail Boutique Opportunities:

  • Select handcrafted items, ceramics, and home goods may be considered for ongoing consignment or wholesale placement in our showroom boutique based on shelf availability.
